The position offers a Monday Friday schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 4x10s per week with a 7 AM start. Initially, a three-month block will be required before transitioning to a permanent role. CRNAs are expected to work independently but will have 24/7 supervision and support from anesthesiologists, OR staff, and Pre/Post-Op teams. The role involves bread-and-butter cases with no heads, hearts, or trauma; pediatric ENT cases only, and occasional OB cases requiring epidurals. Patient volume includes 5-6 starts per day, with an age distribution of 85% adults, 10% OB (epidurals only), 3% adolescents, and 2% children aged 3-5 for ENT procedures.
