The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, as well as orientees. The RN participates in the patient rehabilitation program, focusing on patient education and safety, while adhering to safety policies and procedures.Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment data.Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses itiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of municate changes in patient status effectively to ensure continuity of care.Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.BLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS certification required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).ICU experience is highly desired.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
