Louisville Bats Baseball Club2026 Graphic Designer AssociateLouisville Bats Baseball Team:The Louisville Bats are the Class Triple-A baseball team, affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds, owned and operated by Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) which competes in the International League. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in Minor League Baseball and the sports industry. This internship will provide you with a greater understanding of not only Production & Game Entertainment, but a general look at many different aspects, including ticket sales, marketing, radio, media relations, partnerships/sponsors, and customer service.Job Summary: The Louisville Bats are seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to help create graphics for email campaigns, social media, digital platforms, advertising, in-stadium video boards, sponsorship, and more. Will work directly with Graphic DesignerDuties & Responsibilities:Create graphics per brand standardsDevelop a variety of Louisville Bats marketing materials including print and digital piecesDesign creative for video boards in the ballparkDevelop illustrations, logos, and other designs for promotional nights throughout the seasonBuild campaign templates and one-off graphics for Social Media use Assist with Social Media requestsAssist with partnership proposals as neededMeet tight deadlines and deliverables on timeQualifications & Experience:Excellent design sense and deep understanding of graphic design trend and social strategiesDetail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure and managing multiple projects at oncProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Ability to work and communicate with printers to produce final printed designsKnowledge or experience in motion design is a plusExperience designing LED boards, email campaigns, infographics, digital advertising, presentations, social media content, print, sponsorship, internal communications, and moreAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum 1 year of design and brand experienceKnowledge of baseball is a plus300 total hours available to Undergraduate/Graduate student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program.20 hours per week - before start of season (2026 season begins Friday, March 27th).Max of 39 hours per week during the seasonCompensation Options:• Paid + can accrue class credit hours.• Housing not provideContact:Max Oxley - moxley@ for more informationWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:Are you seeking an internship for class credit?
