Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Alpharetta GA A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in Wound Care to provide services in skilled nursing facilities throughout the northern Atlanta suburbs. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity ideal for an advanced practitioner who enjoys autonomy and continuity of care. Opportunity Details: Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Schedule: 1 2 days per week, ongoing coverage Patient Volume: Approximately 5 6 onsite patients per day; total caseload of about 300 patients across assigned facilities Flexibility: Ability to provide care during after-hours or weekends if desired Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications: Active Georgia NP or PA license Experience in Wound Care required Skilled nursing facility experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Highlights: Flexible scheduling and autonomy Supportive team environment Rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care
