*Location:* Washington, DC*Hours:* Flexible-Part Time/Full Time *Start Date:* Immediate*About National Therapy Center:* National Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary therapy practice that has been serving children and families for over 30 years. We are committed to providing high-quality services in a nurturing and supportive environment.*Position Overview:* We seek a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services under our DCEI contract. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be passionate about supporting children ages 0-3 communication needs.*Essential Functions:** Provide direct speech-language therapy services to toddlers in accordance with its Service Plans (SP) * Collaborate effectively with parents to support child's progress * Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports * Participate in SP meetings and provide professional input on child's performance and goals * Adhere to all federal and state regulations and company policies*Physical Requirements:** Ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods of time * Ability to lift and carry toddlers * Knowledge in proper handling of infants * Travel between therapy locations as neededReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.*Qualifications:** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Valid licensure as an SLP in Washington, DC * ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred * Previous experience working with pediatric populations * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment*Bonus Qualifications:** Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.*Additional Information:** Join a warm and experienced group of therapists * This role offers the opportunity to impact children's communication skills and overall academic success*EEO Statement:* National Therapy Center is an equal-opportunity employer.
