The Successful Applicant5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in exterior envelope systems (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, roofing, waterproofing)Strong knowledge of LEED certification requirements and green building practicesProven success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finishExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)OSHA 30 certification (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)What's on OfferBase salary between $100,000 and $140,000.15-20% annual bonus payout$600/month car allowanceAll travel expenses paid by companyComprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and 401k.This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the property industry while working on impactful construction projects in Bensalem.
