Job Title: Administrative Assistant Employment Type: Contract Work Hours: 37.5 hrs./week Work site: 100% Onsite Location: 55 Hanson Place, Brooklyn, NY 11217 Job Duration: 3 Months Closing: 10/28/2025. Duties Description: Provide administrative and clerical support to our Brooklyn Regional Office with answering/screening phone calls and walk-ins, legal documents, faxing, mailings & correspondence, filing, data entry, searching in NYMatters, emails regarding documents served for other Divisions & Bureaus. Minimum Qualifications: High School, Technical Degree/Certificate Program or Bachelors Degree. Minimum 2 years of experience. Misc. Information: Shift timing for this role is usually 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Parking: street parking and paid parking garage (Atlantic Center Garage-174 Ft. Greene Place) across the street. Public Transportation: Office located within walking distance (2 city blocks) from nearest subway and bus stops. Interview will be conducted online. Training: Training will be provided.
