Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for site development work: earthwork, utilities, drainage, grading, clearing Analyze blueprints, specs, and related documents Utilize HCSS (HeavyBid) for estimating and bid preparation Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure accuracy and practicality Source material and subcontractor pricing Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving recommendations Track and review awarded bids for accuracy and improvements What We're Looking For • Strong background in residential subdivisions, site grading, and utility installation • Proficiency with HCSS (HeavyBid) • Ability to read and interpret site/civil plans and specs • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • No formal education requirements - we value real-world experience and results • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Why Join Us?
