What You'll DoOversee daily milk processing: pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitationEnsure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standardsLead and coach production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goalsManage CIP systems and sanitation protocolsDrive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and logistics What You Bring5+ years in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk2+ years in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packagingFamiliarity with food safety regulations and sanitation proceduresBachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
