Maintenance Technician

Our client is looking for a Full time Maintenance Technician for an onsite, Direct Hire position in South New Jersey (Vineland to Mullica Hill, NJ areas)Hours 8am - 5:30 Pay $25Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Perform corrective and preventative maintenance following all applicable company procedures and safety rules/practices. Diagnose and repair plumbing problemsDiagnose and repair electrical systems Respond to any problems Minor roof repairsDoor repair and adjustmentsTroubleshoot building componentsDiagnose and repair irrigation system problems Landscape replacement and light maintenanceGeneral carpentry and painting as neededTrash pick-up and other miscellaneous workMaintenance Technician Requirements:A minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial maintenance.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently Ability to respond to on-call issues 24/7.Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance, etc.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $25.00
