WHAT WE OFFER * Base pay of $15 - $18 hr after monthly bonuses based on performance * Medical, vision and dental available * Growing location with advancement opportunities * This position is backed by a seasoned team from the Wichita, KS location RESPONSIBILITIES Moving is stressful - join our team and let's take the stress out of our customers' day. * Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries * Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications * Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves * Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork * Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction * Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues * All other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS The right candidate will have a winning attitude, self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced team environment.
