What Your Impact Is * Drive the development and implementation of Safety Management Systems that set industry benchmarks. * Lead risk assessments and incident investigations that uncover root causes and prevent future harm. * Shape industrial hygiene programs that safeguard worker health through rigorous exposure assessments. * Partner with global ERM experts to deliver innovative, outcome-focused solutions for complex technical and regulatory challenges. * Expand ERM's Safety Services portfolio by building lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. What You'll Bring Required: * BS/MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience (6+ years in lieu of education). * 2-4 years of relevant experience (5-10+ years preferred) in safety, risk management, and EHS compliance. * Hands-on experience with life safety programs and industrial hygiene assessments. * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) domestically and internationally; valid passport required. * This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Preferred: * Professional certifications such as CSP, CHMM, PE; CIH highly desirable. * Consulting experience with proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions. * Expertise in designing corporate H&S strategies, including safety culture, leadership, and serious injury/fatality risk reduction. Key Responsibilities * Implement Safety Management Systems and conduct risk assessments for regulatory compliance. * Perform incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning. * Lead industrial hygiene programs with qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments. * Develop innovative solutions for complex EHS challenges and regulatory issues. * Design and direct corporate H&S strategies across diverse industries. * Manage projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule while exceeding client expectations. * Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and expand ERM's market presence. For the Consultant, Safety and Industrial Hygiene position, the anticipated annual base pay is $76,000 - $88,324 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
