Mechanical Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and deliver successfully on client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.Manage and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.Review and approve project designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or changes, including managing change orders effectively.Collaborate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of mechanical systems in construction projects.Utilize software tools like Bluebeam and Viewpoint for project documentation and management.Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or mechanical engineering industry.Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and construction processes.Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint.Experience with construction documentation and tools, including Bluebeam.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.BenefitsHealth/Vision/Dental InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401(k) with Profit-SharingPTO/Sick LeaveHolidays OffStudent Loan Rebate OpportunitiesContinued Education Provided
