Job Posting: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Modesto, CaliforniaOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health treatment to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise a team of behavior interventionists and mid-level supervisors (BCaBAs), and work closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote positive, lasting changes in clients' lives all within a local, non-traveling capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a BCBA, your duties will include:Design & Implement ABA Programs: Develop and implement a range of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism and other developmental delays.Client-Centered Approach: Work with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and tailor individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.Direct Service Delivery: Provide one-on-one and group sessions to help clients meet treatment goals, fostering their progress and well-being.Supervision & Mentorship: Train, supervise, and offer ongoing support to behavior interventionists and BCaBAs.
