Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Berlin, NHDuration: Specific dates September December with option to extendSeptember - EITHER Sept. 11-15 days plus weekend call Sept. 15, 16, 17 OR Sept. 18-22 days with weekend call Sept. 15, 16, 17 or Sept. 22, 23, 24 Oct. 2 to Oct 22 Oct 28 to 11/27 Dec 2 to Dec. 17ADDITIONAL CRNA needed to cover employee's FMLA: 10/9-12/3 (8 Weeks)Reason for coverage: GrowthSchedule: Mon-Friday 8a-330pm, Once cases have been completed, our CRNAs may take call from home (within 30 minutes from the hospital)Call: YesPatient volume: On average 12 patients per dayScope: Regional anesthesia, and sedation, working independently with no anesthesiologist on site or on call.EMR: TBDHospital: Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH.Group/support: TBDRequirements (boards, license): BC or Truly Board Eligible with New Hampshire or IMLC License, will license candidates.Proof of service approver: TBD
