Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist) Location: Boerne, TX (Central Zone) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Duration: 2 Months | Hours: 40/week Job Summary: The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) provides professional, high-quality patient care by collecting and preparing blood samples for lab testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to ensure patient comfort and accuracy in specimen handling. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and safe blood draws (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary). Verify and label patient specimens per protocol. Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records. Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Travel between locations as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred). Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA). Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience; 2 years in a Patient Service Center preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
