This is a hands-on role where your experience and tools will make a real impact.Job Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs across the property Troubleshoot and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed Requirements: Must have your own tools Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation Compensation & Schedule: $22/hour Full-time, contract-to-hire assignment Why BGSF?
