Cable Technician - Level 3

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Structured Cabling Technician to join our team for a long-term project (1+ year of work). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hyperscale data centers or commercial environments, with fiber experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Terminate jacks and RJ45 connectors (basic commercial cabling required). Accurately identify and work with color-coded wiring. Perform installations and maintenance in compliance with industry standards. Work in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas (up to 20 feet). Maintain consistent, on-time attendance and adhere to safety protocols. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach regularly. Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs frequently. Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet. Willingness to work in tight spaces as needed. Experience Level Advanced / Experienced Technician Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
