We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements. Position Overview Our compensated 10-week Corporate RL Inspire Internship Program is designed to give rising senior undergraduate students a challenging, hands-on experience in the retail industry. To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren Internship position, applicants must: * Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 * Authorized to work in the United States * Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement * Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations. Candidates should only apply to one role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Womenswear Global Brand Strategy Intern will support the global marketing team in developing and executing seasonal strategies for Ralph Lauren, with a focus on Women's Polo, Collection and Lauren projects, that drive brand growth and consumer engagement. This role offers hands-on experience collaborating across design, merchandising, and creative teams, providing valuable insight into how a global fashion brand operates. Key Responsibilities * Support the development of seasonal global brand strategies for the Womenswear portfolio by assisting with research, presentations, and market analysis. * Participate in team meetings to learn how strategic and creative decisions are made at the global brand level. * Assist with cross-functional collaboration by helping coordinate communication between global merchandising, digital, content, and marketing teams to align product stories and seasonal focuses. * Conduct research on consumer insights and market trends to help identify emerging opportunities and support strategic recommendations. * Monitor social, cultural, and fashion trends to provide input on what's relevant to the target consumer and the competitive landscape. * Support creative brief development by organizing reference materials, reviewing campaign assets, and helping ensure creative concepts align with brand guidelines. * Help maintain and update global marketing calendars, ensuring that campaign timelines, key milestones, and deliverables are accurate. * Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal team meetings, leadership reviews, and seasonal planning sessions. * Collaborate with cross-category teams (Men's, Kid's, Children's, Home) to help brainstorm ideas for programs that connect across Ralph Lauren's brand worlds. * Provide administrative and project support such as organizing assets, updating tracking documents, and supporting day-to-day operations. Experience, Skills & Knowledge * Knowledge and passion womens' fashion marketing, and appreciation for what makes us dream. * Genuine understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand. * Proven innovator with fluency in digital/social media platforms. * Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners. * Highly organized and detail oriented. * Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
