Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications: Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut. Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
