This is an incredible opportunity to work in a well-supported, high-quality surgical environment with a consistent daytime schedule and zero night, weekend, or holiday shifts.Position Highlights:Full-time and part-time options availableW-2 preferred, but 1099 arrangements are also consideredMonday - Friday schedule perfect for work-life balanceSupportive, collaborative surgical team environmentConsistent case types, including ophthalmic proceduresKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plansProvide sedation using retrobulbar, topical, local infiltration, and IV techniquesCollaborate with surgeons and nursing staff for optimal perioperative careSupport patients and families through pre- and post-operative stagesMaintain thorough and accurate documentation of care providedAssist in managing surgical emergencies as neededWhat We're Looking For:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia programActive Arizona RN license and current AANA certificationACLS certifiedSkilled in ophthalmic and peri-orbital anesthesia (1+ year preferred)Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skillsCommitted to safety, precision, and compassionate careBonus: Attendance at the annual Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society meeting is encouraged for ongoing professional development!
