This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years of experience in the field who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a management track role.You will work closely with operations and field leadership to ensure the project is executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the company's quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Manager and Superintendent in all phases of constructionPrepare, review, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch listsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractorsAssist with schedule updates, document control, and progress trackingConduct site walks and participate in jobsite meetingsMaintain accurate project documentation and logsMonitor project costs, labor reports, and material trackingHelp ensure compliance with DSA, public works, and safety requirementsSupport closeout process including O&M manuals and as-built documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Engineer roleExperience working on public works or DSA projects preferredStrong understanding of construction documentation and processesProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetWhy Join UsCompetitive salary between $80,000 and $110,000401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer development with direct mentorship from experienced leadersOpportunity to work on high-profile, community-impacting projects
