As we grow, we're looking for dependable individuals to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional products and services.Position Overview:We are hiring Warehouse Production Staff Members for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This hands-on role involves working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to accurately measure are critical. Team members will be responsible for various tasks involving the handling and processing of glass products.Key Responsibilities:Use tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate cuts and dimensionsAssist in glass cutting, sorting, packaging, and order preparationMaintain the organization of materials and finished productsPerform quality checks with high attention to detailFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsKeep the work area clean and free of hazardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to lift 80-100 lbs consistently throughout the shiftAbility to stand and work on foot for 4-5 hours at a timeDependable, safety-conscious, and team-orientedPrior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)English & Spanish preferredCompensation: $16-21 / per hourBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Days, 401k
