We are seeking an experiencedImmigration Attorneywith a strong background inEOIR removal defenseandasylum hearingsto join our dedicated team. Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients before theExecutive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including individual hearings on asylum and removal defense. Develop and execute case strategies for asylum, cancellation of removal, withholding of removal, and related relief. Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and supporting documents for immigration court filings. Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, and provide compassionate, client-centered advocacy. Stay up to date on evolving immigration law and policy to provide effective representation. Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and contribute to firm growth. Required Qualifications57+ years of EOIR removal defense experience. Extensive experience in individual asylum hearings. Admitted to the bar and in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction). Strong litigation, oral advocacy, and writing skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision and attention to detail.
