Opportunity: CRNA Full-time permanent position Monday-Thursday 7:00AM - 3:30PM with rotating Friday schedule 4 weeks on/1 week off, which provides 10.5 weeks off each year Shared call Procedures include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and endoscopies Moonlighting opportunities available BLS & ACLS Certifications Required EMR- EPICCompensation: Competitive salary with sign on bonus and relocation stipend if needed.
