Opportunity: CRNA Full-time permanent position Procedures include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN and Endoscopies Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Schedule-3 weeks on/1 week off, which provides 13 weeks off each year Shared call Moonlighting opportunities available BLS and ACLS certifications- Required EMR- EPICCompensation: Competitive salary with sign on bonus and relocation stipend available if needed.
