Large hospital organization with a location in eastern Texas an hour west of Shreveport, LA is looking for an ACNP/PA to work in their Cardiac Observation Unit. Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Cardiology specialty similar to a hospitalist role in a hospitalGroup is expanding the COBS unit to allow 24/7 coverageWill join a team of 2 other NP/PA's currentlyPrefer Cardiology, Urgent Care, or Hospitalist experience, but don't want to turn away new grads with a passion and flexibility neededNo set schedule as of now - must be willing to work days and nights as needed8 hour shifts rotating100% hospital based - no clinicAdmit patients to COBS unit, consult patients that come from the ER, frequent contact with Hospitalist, etcCompetitive salary based on experience, 2% quality bonus, sign on bonus, benefits, and moreAbility to pick up shifts for additional payPlease refer to Job ID.
