Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Louisville, KY Full-Time Monday Friday Outpatient, Dialysis, and Inpatient Rounding 1 weekend every 4 weeks (with a weekday off following) 1 2 holidays per year (bonus pay + extra holiday) Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced APRN to join a collaborative healthcare team in Louisville. This full-time position offers a mix of outpatient office, dialysis, and inpatient rounding, providing opportunities to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across outpatient, dialysis, and inpatient settingsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plansEducate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive careApply evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline developmentMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Qualifications Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited programCurrent APRN license in KentuckyNurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certificationMinimum of 1 year of APRN experience; ICU/critical care RN experience strongly preferredStrong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits & Perks 3 weeks PTO5 CME days annually with $1,250 CME allowanceBonus pay for holiday work plus extra holiday providedStructured schedule with predictable weekend rotationSupportive, team-oriented work environmentThis role is ideal for an APRN who values a balanced schedule, professional growth, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple care settings.
