The facility offers integrated nephrology care across outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis settings with a strong team-based approach.Opportunity: NP/PA - NephrologyThis is a full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to join an established nephrology practice with a collaborative team environment.Job Details:Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive patient careWork collaboratively with a team of 3 APPs and 4 MDsProvide care across all three phases of nephrology including clinic, inpatient, and dialysis unitsTypical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm70% clinic work and 30% hospital work including dialysis roundingManage approximately 8-12 office patients or 10-15 outreach/dialysis patients per dayAssist with non-encounter work as neededFlexible location options - can live in Duluth area or surrounding communities (Ashland, Hayward, WI, or Virginia, MN)Variable start and end times due to travel requirementsRequires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant StudiesMust have current NP or PA licensure in Minnesota & WisconsinNational certification and current CPR certification requiredIdeal candidate has experience in complex chronic disease managementCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
