Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Locum, temp to perm and/or Direct Hire•Specialty: Family Medicine Advanced Practice•Location: Indianapolis Area•Dates: ASAP thru 7/31 with possible extension•Employee Health ClinicAges: 2+Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 4-10 hour shifts. Monday, Thursday, Friday - 7am - 6pm and Tuesday 8am - 7pm. Saturday rotation every 8 weeks 8am - 12pm.primary care center (acute and chronic care).with well woman exams, minor procedures. EMR used is EPIC.patient load is 16-18/day100% Outpatientwill assist with all credentialing, onboarding and hospital privilegesand transportation can be provided if necessaryPlease contact me for more details if interested.
