Job Summary We’re hiring experienced  Line Cooks / Food Prep Staff  to prepare high-quality Mediterranean dishes and keep our kitchen running smoothly. From marinating meats and chopping fresh ingredients to cooking shawarma and assembling meals, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering the flavors Hello Shawarma is known for. Responsibilities Prepare, marinate, season, and cook meats and vegetables following company recipes and standards. Assemble menu items (shawarma plates, wraps, bowls, sides, etc.) with consistent quality and presentation. Perform daily food preparation tasks such as chopping produce, portioning ingredients, and stocking the line. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly (grills, fryers, ovens, knives, etc.). Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. Restock, rotate, and check inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties and support the team during peak hours. Qualifications Previous line cook or food preparation experience is REQUIRED. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
