Practice team requires Cardiology practice experience of 1 to 3+ yearsPractice location is in Norfolk/Ghent 930 W. 21st Street, Norfolk, 23517Full time position - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMWeekend Call is once per month for 4 hours 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Maryview Medical Center, PortsmouthAPC will take call coverage one night per weekNP/PA will be seeing scheduled patients, supervising coumadin clinic, order tests, refill prescriptions, triage calls, monitor blood pressure, work with LPN to supervise stress testingSupport Physicians and work with practice manager and clinical staff to maintain continuity of care for our patientsMust have experience using/providing EKG, treadmillPractice support provided by 2 CMAs, 2 LPNMentorship availablePractice providers are 2 MD and 1 PAEligible Candidates will have completed their MSN-NP or Physician Assistant training and have NP or PA Board Certification, authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.Great support and work/life balance, CME allowance, robust benefit package including medical/dental/vision/Rx/FSA/life insurance/403b with company matching %, company-paid short and long-term disability, VA license, DEA, liability and tail coverage.Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance/reimbursement provided (taxable benefit.)
