Salary and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120,00 - $130,000 Eligible for Student Loan Repayment - Up to $50,000 Health Insurance (Employee: $48.86 bi-weekly) Dental and Vision Insurance Short Term/Long Term Disability Paid Time Off (23 Days in year one) 9.5 Paid Holidays Continuing Medical Education days off with $3,500 allowance Malpractice Insurance Life Insurance 1x salary up to $50,000 Retirement Package 403(b) with 2% match $75 per year uniform allowance Relocation Assistance - Up to $10,000 Full support staff No call or weekends Responsibilities Week 1 Three 12.5-hour shifts (6:45AM 7:15AM) Week 2 Four shifts, including: Two 12.5-hour weekday shifts (6:45AM 7:15PM) and Two weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 7:45AM 2:15PM) Express Care Clinic Must be able to see patients of all ages. 15+ patients per day Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implanting the patient s care plan Requirements Clear and active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania.
