Job Title:Clinical Nurse Specialist Job Summary:Seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide expert nursing care and lead our team in delivering high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities:Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the successful coordination and completion of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. Develop, discuss, and communicate prioritized problem and plan of care for each patient. Document all patient care following departmental policies and procedures. Work autonomously and collaboratively with health care teams to achieve desired patient outcomes. Requirements:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred. Previous Ambulatory Care RN experience preferred.
