Production Machine Operator

As a Production Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to produce quality goods, following blueprints and instructions. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay: $17/hr. for 1st Shift | $18/hr. for 2nd Shift Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM What You'll Do Set up, operate, and adjust machines, including computer-controlled equipment, to produce parts to specification Monitor machine performance, detect defects, and perform in-process inspections using measuring tools Perform minor maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments Follow all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment Document production data accurately, including output, runtime, and any issues Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules Perform other related duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1 year of work experience or willingness to learn on the job Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to read job orders Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting 20-50 lbs regularly Why You'll Love This Job Staffmark offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
