Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate:$58.71/hour +Health and Welfare Stipend Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM On-Call Pay:$12.00/hour - (rotating schedule) Call-Back Pay:Time and a half Full Benefits Package:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Available Minimum Qualifications: Education:Graduate of anInterventional Radiology Technologistprogram accredited by theJoint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Certification:CurrentCertificate in Vascular-Interventional Radiology (VI) Additional Certifications:ValidBLS(American Heart Association preferred) Experience:Minimum of2 years of post-graduate experiencein interventional radiology Immunization Requirements(Must be current or able to obtain): Hepatitis B (series and titer) Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Varicella (Chickenpox) TB (Tuberculosis) test Seasonal Influenza (flu) vaccine COVID-19 vaccine (if applicable) Primary Responsibilities Include: Operate and maintain interventional radiology equipment and ensure proper use in collaboration with radiologists and medical staff. Prepare patients for procedures and educate them and their families on pre- and post-care expectations. Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols. Ensure age-appropriate care is provided, adjusting communication and procedural support as needed for pediatric through geriatric patients.
