Job Title: Nurse Practitioner, Colleyville, TX (Hybrid)Job Type: Full TimeShift: Days(Mon-Fri)Monday / Wednesday / Thursday in clinicTuesday telehealth (WFH)Friday admin day (WFH)Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, including neurological exams and history takingOrder and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., MRI, CT, EEG, lab work)Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with neurologistsEducate patients and families on conditions, medications, and lifestyle modificationsProvide follow-up care, including medication management and symptom monitoringAssist in urgent consultations and triage of neurological patientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing educationQualifications:Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in TexasMaster's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited programNational NP certification (e.g., AANP or ANCC)Experience in neurology, internal medicine, or critical care preferredStrong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamPreferred Skills:Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)Experience with procedures such as lumbar punctures or Botox for migraine (optional)Willingness to participate in clinical research or teaching (if applicable)Experience with infusion clinic management preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth insurance offered or able to receive reimbursement for employee onlyGenerous PTO and CME allowanceHealth insurancePaid time off
