Hospice/Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Our client is hiring Adult Nurse Practitioners (NPs) at a renowned nonprofit specialty hospital in the Bronx that exclusively provides palliative and end-of-life care to adult patients with advanced illness.The hospital is expanding its medical team in response to upcoming retirements and a shift toward a collaborative care model where NPs play a central role in patient management alongside physicians.Highlights of the Role:Position: Full-time Adult NP (AGNP preferred; FNPs with relevant experience encouraged to apply)Salary: $150,000 $180,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunitiesSchedule: 36.25-hour workweek, rotating day and evening call; exempt positionGrowth: Currently 3 full-time NPs, actively hiring 4 more, with plans to grow the team to 14Credentialing: Approximately 2 months; onboarding approval required by the BoardTechnology: Meditech EMRExperience: RN background in oncology, hospice, or palliative care strongly preferred; new NP grads with this experience are welcome
