Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals at our family medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and primary care.The primary responsibilities of this position include:Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all agesPerforming physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic testsDeveloping and managing treatment plans for patientsEducating patients about their health conditions and providing preventive care servicesCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patientsThe ideal candidate will have:A Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in family practice or Internal MedicineA current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of ConnecticutAt least 2 years of experience working in a primary care settingStrong clinical skills and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to providing high-quality patient care Location: Nestled in Eastern Connecticut this city includes rural country areas, suburban neighborhoods, and historic districts.
