Job Description: Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population Must live in close proximity to Lima, OH (relocation may be required) Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patientsSymptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-callHospitalists admit, Open ICU Not accepting Locums candidates Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus w/RVU c ompetitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
