Nurse Practitioner (Pain Management) - Flagstaff, AZ Job Type: Full-time (On-site)Schedule:Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMNo weekends or on-call requirementsCaseload: Approximately 35-40 patients per day (mix of new and follow-up)EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a full-time role focused on pain management. The ideal candidate should have a solid clinical background in chronic pain, orthopedic spine, or interventional pain procedures, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient historiesAssess, diagnose, and manage chronic pain conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansInterpret diagnostic and lab results to support treatment planningPrescribe and manage controlled substances in accordance with pain management protocolsCollaborate closely with physicians and the broader care teamMaintain accurate documentation using ECW to ensure continuity of careQualifications:Completion of an accredited NP/PA program in the U.S.Valid Arizona license, DEA registration (Schedule II-IV), and NPIPrior experience in chronic pain, spine, orthopedics, or interventional procedures required.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetBenefits:Flexible scheduleAdditional benefits to be discussed directly with the hiring physician.
