Dates: 12/29/2025 3/31/2026 Schedule: • Monday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM • Tuesday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Facility Type: Outpatient Dental Clinic Support Staff: 13 Patient Population: Adults + some cooperative pediatrics EMR: Dentrix Clinical Scope: • Fillings, crowns, bridges• Full & partial dentures• Root canals• Simple & surgical extractions• Invisalign• Hygiene checks• Implant placement & implant restoration• Wave One rotary system experience preferred (not required)• Complex cases can be referred out• Emphasis on patient education and strong bedside manner Travel and Malpractice covered
