Job Responsibilities: Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for various medical procedures. Provide leadership and support in professional practice settings. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and manage all aspects of anesthesia care. Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safety and effectiveness. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures. Promote a healthy work environment through professional communication and teamwork. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Provide education and support to staff, patients, and their families. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Contribute to the overall patient experience by exceeding expectations that align with the Henry Ford Experience. Qualifications: Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses. Minimum of 2 years of CRNA work experience. Up-to-date with COVID and flu vaccinations. Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Clean malpractice and license history. License and Certification Requirements: Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses. Board Certification by AANA. Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations. Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
