We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.Responsibilities:Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as needed.Skills & Qualifications:Current CRNA certification and licensure in NJ.Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring.Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in ambulatory or outpatient surgery preferred but not required.
