Job Responsibilities Manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient cardiology visits. Provide inbox coverage for providers who are out of the office. Work independently within a team-based care model to ensure comprehensive patient care. Interpret cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for the management of complex patients. Conduct approximately 16 patient visits per day, focusing on established patient consultations. Qualifications Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a focus in Cardiology. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Proficient in utilizing EPIC EMR systems. Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a team-based environment.
