Non-profit group is seeking a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Ilwaco, WA!Position Details: Full-time positionProvide comprehensive pediatric care: exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Manage both acute and chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, diabetes, ADHD, and developmental concerns.Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies.Educate families on growth, development, nutrition, immunizations, and preventive care.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive, family-centered care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and community outreach programs.Enjoy opportunities for professional growth, skill-building, and career advancement.1 2 years of pediatric experience preferred.Compensation/Benefits: Salary: $140k-$180k annually Medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage.
