Salary and Benefits Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000 (dependent on experience) Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000 4-day work week (Monday Thursday) CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued) paid holidays annually Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500 DEA and license reimbursement NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required) Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen Responsibilities 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours Provide full-spectrum pediatric primary care including well-child visits, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic condition follow-up Deliver care to newborns, children, and adolescents in a community-based setting Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Educate families on preventive health, growth, and development milestones Support and mentor newer team members as appropriate Requirements Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility) National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care or Acute Care) Open to new graduates and experienced providers Strong commitment to compassionate, community-focused care About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
