Grossman Burn Center/Methodist Health System The Grossman Burn Center, part of Methodist Health System in Dallas is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its Plastic, Burn & Wound Surgery team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Dr. Peter H. Grossman, President of the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons and a nationally recognized leader in reconstructive and burn surgery.The APP will provide inpatient, outpatient, and operative support within a 6-bed mixed-acuity unit, participating directly in acute care management, surgical first assist, and advanced wound and reconstructive procedures.Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and operative responsibilitiesHands-on experience in plastic, reconstructive, and burn surgeryMentorship and collaboration with Dr. Peter Grossman and multidisciplinary teamResponsibilitiesServe as first assist in plastic, reconstructive, and burn surgery casesManage pre- and post-operative care for inpatient and outpatient populationsPerform bedside procedures (central/arterial lines, wound management)Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and implement treatment plansQualificationsMaster s degree and current NP licensureTexas license (or eligibility)ACLS, ABLS, and PALS requiredExperience in surgical, ICU, or burn settings strongly preferredStrong interest in plastic and reconstructive surgeryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and full benefitsCME allowance and professional development supportPredictable weekday schedule with limited call
