Surgery - Vascular Nurse Practitioner

Annual Salary around $140k-$170k, varies depending on years of experience.Our client is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing outpatient vein care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vascular health and be skilled in diagnosing and managing venous disorders, particularly varicose veins and spider veins. This position involves direct patient care, performing minimally invasive vein procedures, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical exams related to venous disorders.Perform and assist with ultrasound-guided vein proceduresMonitor patients throughout treatment and recovery, providing post-procedure care and follow-up.Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and preventive measures.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records.Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Qualifications:Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey.National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).Prior experience in vein care, dermatology, interventional radiology, or vascular surgery is preferred but not required.Exceptional communication and patient education skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.Modern clinic with state-of-the-art technology and support staff.Work-life balance with regular weekday hours and no hospital call.Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
