Position Overview: As our Nurse Practitioner, you will provide inpatient rounding services in a supportive medical facility. You ll work alongside an experienced team committed to delivering high-quality care in a community setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily inpatient rounds, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningCollaborate with physicians and care team members to coordinate patient careDocument patient encounters accurately and timelyProvide patient and family education and support as neededMonitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans Schedule & Work Environment: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PMNo nights, weekends, or on-call requiredSupportive, team-based culture with a focus on work-life balance Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)Preferred: Previous inpatient or hospitalist experienceStrong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach Why Join Us?
